When it's time to find a new home:
1. We set up a time to meet in person, on the phone, or over Zoom. We have an extensive conversation so we can learn about you—your values, how you like to spend time, what makes life meaningful.
2. We curate a portfolio of options carefully ranked based on
best probable fit.
3. We meet to discuss options with you, answering questions and establishing which choices you'd like to learn more about.
4. We accompany you on tours and help you process the options afterwards.
5. We assist with move-in documents.
6. After you've settled, we check in regularly to make sure you're happy in your new home.
